Super Green Pesto is a combination of toasted cashew & walnuts blended with parmesan cheese, garlic, herbs and lots of fresh greens. We use whatever is in season on the small holding - Kale, chard and broccoli, with wild garlic in the springtime.
A spoonful makes a meal - add to pasta & omlets, or use as pizza & puff-pastry topping. It will liven up soups and strir frys too.
As a general guide: each 200ml pot should make 6 pasta portions.
